Unfortunately, my pain management doctor said the street value on the patches are astronomical. I actually was on high doses of duragesic too, but unfortunately, it tore my skin up, no matter what alternative covering I used. I don't know if they sniff, swallow, or inject.....but sadly there is some method of abuse, making it more difficult for others truly needing it.
