Guest guest
I find it difficult to believe that one can overhydrate oneself unless one's kidneys and sweat glands aren't working properly. Note that water is necessary for all the body's processes. Doug Re: Yup us early morning posters. LOL Janet, I know that you super-emphasize the intake of mucho fluids, and I wholy believe you. Albeit, being that we are talking about a liver disfunction (to some degree) in most of us, with people who have been having their liver on the frying pan all these years (maybe thirty in my case), would lots and lots of H2O be overtaxing? Do you think there is a point to this idea? Maybe I should ask it this way: If a person's liver functions like a prune for reason of many years of attack, might the degree of malfunction be relative to how much water a person should take...if you know what I mean? I'm just wondering here. Thanks, It's a pleasure having you join in our conversations. We hope you have found the support you need with us. Guest guest
Well, I am assuming. I think that people can intake more than what they eliminate - at a greater rate - if something in their system (I aint a mechanic on humans) isn't working properly. I simply deduce that, being that the liver is a cleaner-upper of all what enters our systems, then that water could (????) possibly be held back. Not eliminated as fast as it comes in. Check this out: I live in a forest. I have a friend (male) who, when he visits and says he's going to " take a leak, " goes down the road, behind some tree. This guy does it for about FIVE MINUTES!!! No exaggeration. Can you believe that? I chide him about it. But what th' heck is that?!!! When I drink lots of water, on the other hand, I get bloated, and sure as heck don't take three to five minutes to throw one. I'm assuming that the system is automatically supposed to keep up with the intake...metabolize. It just makes me wonder if a system can't be overtaxed. By the way, anyone besides Connery were/are simply wannabees. > I find it difficult to believe that one can overhydrate oneself > unless one's kidneys and sweat glands aren't working properly. > Note that water is necessary for all the body's processes. > > Doug > >
