Guest guest
Hi everyone, I noticed in a previous post... >>IF YOU MAKE LOTIONS, CREAMS, liquid soaps, etc. >>YOU'LL WANT TO READ THIS! So, I'm wondering if you can use the sepigel in a shower gel formula to thicken/emulsify (instead of liquid soap)? If so, can someone also suggest which phase to add this to? i.e. water or oil phase. Thanks for any info! Sherry Roeder

In this month HAPPI magazine formulary http://www.happi.com/current/formula.htm you'll find a formula and procdure to make a shower gel based on sythetic detergents (syndets) that uses Sepigel 305. I've used Sepigel 305 in emulsions; never in a bath or shower gel. I usually use Sodium Chloride (salt) which seems to work quite well in my systems. Maurice ------------------------ Maurice O.
