Hello! I was wondering if anyone has come across a sample survey of

questions for a family to ask possible behaviorists?

Behavior Analysis Services to Individuals with Autism and Related Disorders, "

You can then develop a list of questions correlating to each

recommendation.

Important to note within the guidelines: " It is strongly recommended that

the BCABA practice under the supervision of a BCBA, and that those governmental

entities regulating BCABAs require this supervision. " and the information at

the end titled, " Consumers should be aware of the following... "
