You'll be happy to know that I did chuck the pills I was taking!! Well, they are still in my house, but I don't actually take them anymore. Usually a friend will come over and grab one and take it if he is really tired and needs a lift or something...personally I have had days in the past few weeks where I have had little sleep and still didn't take one. My weight is holding and that is all I need right now. I don't need those pills though!!

> I started working and have totally forgotten about Tae-Bo...So a

question...How much time do you give yourselves in the morning to do

Tae-Bo if you have to go to work? Keep in mind that my going to work

entails me walking 1 minute to get there. Tomorrow morning I have to

be there at 8:30. Also, count a shower into this. And a BL2 for 30

First of all, congratulations on still fitting into the same size

even though you haven't been working out regularly! That's quite an

accomplishment! As far as working out in the morning....I'd say to

shoot for 6:45 am, so that you can get up, get into your workout

clothes and be working out by 7am, finished the workout by 7:30 am

and will have plenty of time for a shower (well, I guess that depends

on how long it takes you to get ready...LOL). Was that a typo about

it taking 1 minute for you to walk to work or does it really only

take a minute? If it really only takes a minute to get to

work....then you don't need to allow much time for your

commute...LOL! Don't be too hard on yourself about not working

out....I know that whenever I start a new job or something happens to

disrupt my routine, it always takes a little while for me to get back

into a routine. You'll find what works for you. Personally, I like

working out in the am so that it's out of the way. Otherwise, I

usually procrastinate and the workout never gets done! Good luck

with your new job and getting tae-bo back into your routine!

more inches...all I do all day long is stand and walk around and the

good thing is that I don't munch on snacks now! I actually drink a

lot more water now cause I am thirsty from walking around all the

time. I think I need to do what some others have done and for

everyday I do Tae-Bo I should give myself a star or something and

when I get to so many stars I buy myself something. One good thing

though, even though I have not been doing my Tae-Bo faithfully I went

to buy a dress for the wedding that I went to and I still fit into a

14 perfectly fine! I was happy about that!

What I try to do is set aside that half an hour in addition to about

45 minutes to get ready. I get up or at least try to be up by 5:30

am or earlier and I leave the house at 7:30 to get to work by 8:00.

The work out I am trying to achieve is a full hour of the al tapes

but right now I'm up to 45 minutes- 50 minutes. That's come up from

a half an hour about 3 weeks ago. The work out gives me more energy

and I feel better about myself. You probably know how long it takes

you to get ready in the morning just add an additional 45 minutes to

get dressed than do your half an hour, it's worth it.

Not a typo..it really takes me 1 minute to walk to work....I look out my front window and there is where I work..If I run it takes about 20 seconds though..like today cause it is raining. It's nice cause I get a 45 minute lunch break and I just come home amd eat and spend 45 minutes with Mike and the kids. (And check my email!) I know I want to get back into Tae-Bo'ing, so soon I will start waking up earlier and doing it faithfully!!

Barb's idea sounds great. I do Tae Bo before work and it

does really help but there are those days when you're just

not able to get into anything!*lol*

Just remember that doing anything is better than nothing!

I'm in a slump myself myself now so I wish you the best of

luck! I on a 1 day roll! I managed to do Tae Bo this

morning!*LOL*

I am taking Xenadine right now, but I think that I am going to chuck them cuz

all they do is make me wired and make me an insomniac.
