As many of you all know, I have filed a lawsuit against Mr. Hogsed, my

previous landlord, for not attempting to fix the foundation at the other

house to stop the flooding there. It has been flooding really bad xince 2005

and flooded a couple of times back in 1998 and 1999. He told me when I first

contracted with him to live in that house that it did not flood.. There were

suspicions on my part due to no carpet and 6 layers of rotten tile in the

den and kitchen but I still accepted to move in and fix up the property with

the intent to purchase in the future. I tried and tried over the years to

get him to help me with the foundation that was under warranty to no avail.

Finally housing stepped in and sent a written notice to him to have the

foundation repaired and he retaliated with a formal eviction. So the

lawsuit will include his filing eviction immediately upon housing notice to

him that it had to be fixed. By law, he cannot evict for 6 months after a

valid complaint is filed. Don't get me wrong, I am glad I am out of there

because I know that the toxic mold that was found was not good for my health

or anyone else that was in that house for any given time. I also know that

it affected me and my kids but I need your help now if at all possible.

V, I know you are mad at me and have written me off because of my

telling the family that all you did was sleep when you were there.. Which is

not exactly what I said. I told them the same thing I told you to your face

which was that once you got a real job, you wouldn't be able to sleep like

you could at my house. It was not saying you did not get the job done, it

was just that you spent an awful lot of time asleep there, just like me..

Maybe it was mold related, maybe it was depression related, maybe it was the

meds you were on or maybe it was health related but you have to admit, you

slept a lot there. That is not a lie.. we both know it. I hope the day

will come when you can see I meant you no harm in my statement but only time

will tell.

There were 3 different toxic molds found in that house when we had the

investigator come out and many must have been there since I moved in since

Mr. Hogsed lied to me from the beginning telling me the house did not flood.

The molds found were, penicillium, 9400 spores per unit, Pithomyces,

160,000 spores per unit, Rhizopus, 76,000 spores per unit, Hyphal

fragments/unit, 15,0000 raw count, Chaetomium, 240,000 spores per unit and

another Hyphal fragments/unit 17,000 raw count. Three of these are

extremely toxic to humans and I am sure that the mold in that house was

causing my health to decline severely over the last few years and also

affected those who stayed in that house for any given time.. I sent out

affidavit forms to many of you for you to send back to me asap about

anything you knew about my health, the flooding problems, my attempts to get

him to help fix the foundation any mold issues you knew about, how you felt

when you stayed in that house for any given time and if you felt that the

house made you sick or not when you were in there and anything else you

thought was important in your opinion that I would need for court.

I know many of you have written me off over the issues with and all

that went down on facebook in the public forum that I got so upset about

and all that happened afterwards but if you can put those feelings behind

you for a little bit and respond to this request, it would be greatly

appreciated.

I know I am and was seeing a lot of doctors dealing with the fatigue and

general overall health issues including but not limited to MHMR,

Armstrong, Cal Farley's, Guardianship Services, Psychiatrist, Psychologist,

Counselors, Cardiologist, Neurologist, Pulmonologist, etc. Many of you know

this and some may not know all the facts but those that know me and know me

well know how I am with paperwork, bills, and general daily life and where I

am mentally and what my compentancy is to deal with things. In your

opinion, I need to know your honest opinion on my state of mental competency

during the last 5 or 6 years. Don't hold back.. I need your honest

opinions. For some of you, you may think telling me will be cruel and won't

want to tell me but it is best that you do. Other's will want to take

advantage of this and put it all out there even if just for vengeance or

hate or whatever you are feeling about me now.. Some won't response just

because of everything that happened during that time but I hope you will

decide to reply. I know you have written off our family because I can't

even get many of you to even answer the phones anymore. But I would like you

to at least send me your truthful opinions.

To the doctors and CFS members, I would like you to send me anything that

pertains to CFS and the mental issues that we all know about and live with

daily.. Tell me your story and how the illness affects you and your mental

condition. Tell me how molds affects you with CFS/ME.. Tell me anything

you can to help me show the attorney's what they need to know. Again, don't

hold back on the truth.. Please respond to me privately at my private

Attached is a general affidavit.. If you can and will, please fill it out

with anything you feel comfortable writing.
