due process with on County TN

Listmates, Just wanted to let you and all members on the lists know two

things:

1) that all that remains of my due process with on County is signing

the official document to settle. This came about without going to court

because, unlike Mike Remus and the past on County School Supt.,

Schwab (the current on County Schools Supt.) was willing to speak with

me one on one and compromise to spare both the county and myself what promised

to be a long, arduous and expensive court proceeding. Everyone came out a

winner especially my son, whose education had become non-existent by way of

being thrown into an all inclusive environment without rhyme or reason (or

modifications or supports!) and then refused exit or help from that wasteland by

Mike Remus.
