I'am afraid of my negatives thought

Hello,

Sometimes,I think negatively and i am afraid of it.Louise Hay said to not be

afraid by the negatives thouht but i have difficult to be slack.

What would you suggest to help me?

I hope to be inderstood because i can speak a little in english.

First off, most of us have negative thoughts. That is just the way people are.

It takes a lot of practice to think more positive thoughts, but it CAN BE DONE!!

I know, because I and my family DO THINK MORE POSITIVELY NOW. Also, I know that

other people's lives have been changed where they now speak more positively too,

but it took lots of time and practice to change that.

Secondly, when we do have negative thoughts: we are supposed to say lovingly to

ourselves after realizing our negative thought, " I lovingly release this

negative thought, and replace it with the POSITIVE OF THE SAME THOUGHT. If you

have the negative thought 9 times, then lovingly replace it 10 times with the

positive thought!

Example:

Negative thought: I am never on time to my appointments.

Change to positive thought: I am always on time to my appointments.

Do NOT say, " I am never late to my appointments " because that is still negative.

(Because you are using the words " never " and " Late " .)
