Guest guest
Hey there, Does anyody have a suggestion for a topical treatment for swollen tonsils? This patient works with dust, wood and other particulate matter, he rarely wears a mask and his tonsils are soooo swollen that they are pushing on his uvula. He has no health insurance and won't do most hydrotherapy treatments (I have recommended many!) I think he needs to see an EENT because they are so bad he has trouble breathing, he has terrible snoring and when he gets craniosacral from me he has apneic episodes so I'm sure he stops breathing at night too. I know this is just a band aid but I'm wondering about any topical anti-inflammatory spray. He takes UNDAs for throat, lungs, allergies. He's also on Aller-C (quercitin, bromelain, etc.) Any thoughts? No sign of infection, btw.
