Guest guest Posted February 4, 2004 Report Share Posted February 4, 2004 Hello everyone. My name is Sharon,I live in Northern Ca. Will be 48 in 2 days..GAWD!!! LOL I broke my foot last Sept.,and 4 weeks later was diagnosed with RSD. This has been pure H***!!! Dealin with doctors who know nothing about RSD is a joke!And trying to get anything for Chronic Pain is near impossible! Right now I am on Norco 10 mg. which,at the moment works great for me,whom I am barely getting from my Orth Specialist who diagnosed me. I am going to a Pain Management Clnic,but they will not give me any kind of " narcotic " until i see their psychologist,and thats on the 10th. The Pain doctor tried ketamine for me 3 times per day,but it knocked me clean out! When she asked how I was doing on it,I told her,she actually got pissed off.Sorry,I am not going to take something that is going to impair me to the point of not being able to function during the day! This pain is hard enough to deal with! Sorry for the rant! Well,no you all know plenty about me!!! LOL Its great to be able to talk with others who are in pain,and understand what I am going through. BTW,Did i kinda pick up from the e-mails that this is a group with some " magickal " people here? If so, Merry Meet!
