Guest guest
Hi , I used prescription quinine for quite a few years for nighttime leg cramps. But the FDA ordered it off the market for that use in 1995. See: http://www.fda.gov/fdac/departs/695_updates.html You need to scroll down the page to find that section. Vitamin E and magnesium are said to work for some people. Moderator, Yahoo! Chronic Pain http://home.dejazzd.com/hower

Grapes have got more potassium in them which is something I only found out about a few years ago. So try a bunch with a banana smoothy. ;-) Cheaper and yummier than pills which we are all sick of.
