Guest guest
I use the powdered no fat milk, but I do count the carbs as well as the protein that it contains. It is on the nutrition label so I count it. Andyman - -- In bodyforlife@y..., dianne_usa@y... wrote: > Why, when you mix milk with a MYO shake is that supposed to be > considered a carb?? Guest guest
Dianne, Yes, milk is considered a carb because it contains lactose, a simple sugar...about 11 gs per cup. Just figure those into your intake if you add milk and you'll be fine. Train hard, :-)
