So what is wrong with that? I get the feeling that you have a belief

that the object of The Work is to be able to answer questions 1 & 2

with NO. always says that there are 3 correct answers for

questions 1 & 2... " Yes, No and I don't know. "

For me, it never matters how questions 1 & 2 are answered. The point

is to get to " your truth " regarding the questions and then sincerely

ask yourself the questions of:

3. How does it feel when you believe this thought?

3.a. Can you see a reason to drop this thought?

3.b. Can you find one peaceful reason to keep that thought?

4. Who or what would you be without that thought.

And then go into the Turnarounds.

The Work is 4 questions and a turnaround, so do not concern yourself

with what your answer is to only questions 1 and 2.

Often, it appears that people never hear 's aside to question #3-

-- " And I am not asking you to drop it. " She sometimes then goes on

to explain that dropping a belief is not even possible.

For me, The Work is not about getting me to drop my beliefs, but only

about going within to find out how holding on to that belief makes

me " feel " . And then in #4, going within to imagine how I would feel

if I could no longer believe that thought.

I think, that when say's:

People should be stealing, or murdering, exc...

it is not her opinion of how the world should be idealy,

it is a whay of not arguing with what is,

because:

1. when you argue with reality - you lose

Arguing with reality is think a thoght that people

are not suppose to steal where is in reality they do

How do I know when someone suppose to steal - he does!

2. reality is not waiting for your approval - it rules.

Would thinking that people are not soppose to steal

stop them from doing so?

No, it would just make you suffer.

Ideal, we should be in heaven, happy and content...

In reality we are not surronded with angel

we are surronded with reall people like us,

who are sometimes honest and sometimes not.

Maybe if we could be henest with ourself

and stop lieing about how the reality/truth should be

We could be in heaven?
