Guest guest
Hi everyone I did the work with a women, who was frustrated with her father bacause he doesn't love, accept, ext... The turn around showed that it is her " job " to love & accept herself. But, she doesnt... and she doesnt know from where to start. I told her that a good place to start is, to agree to get out of her father business and to be in her own business, knowing that it is her job. If a person is in that possition: I dont know how to love myself, ext... What would you do with him, except of investigating all the reasons she has not to love herself. What do you think? Guest guest
Dear Tom, I would offer the advice that gives, suggest that they do the work on Father, Mother, Sister, Brother, etc and see what comes up for them. Well, a start could be to acknowledge that the others may not know how, either. You could go and find three reasons why you are a good person. And eventually, more will come. When you live your integrity, you have to see that you love yourself. Is there a person you adore or admire? Write down three things that are wounderful about this person and turn them around.
