Guest guest
Headhunter, I don't presume to tell you exactly what to do, but this is one you really need to get a tight handle on, as it is going to impact the rest of your life. It is not something you can go without, and it is worth it to find ways to remember it. The hormone, when it is lacking, can kill eventually, by not remembering, i.e., if you didn't remember very often for yrs, you may have other dangerous symptoms pop up. It is not just a medicine, it is your life-giving hormone. I know it's very hard, when you are already laden with extreme tiredness and probably even some memory loss from thyroid disease itself, but just think how much better you're going to feel on account of it. You will slide into a routine with it, where it comes natural as breathing to take the hormone as many times a day as you need it.
