Headhunter, I don't presume to tell you exactly what to do, but this is one

you really need to get a tight handle on, as it is going to impact the rest

of your life. It is not something you can go without, and it is worth it to

find ways to remember it. The hormone, when it is lacking, can kill

eventually, by not remembering, i.e., if you didn't remember very often for

yrs, you may have other dangerous symptoms pop up. It is not just a

medicine, it is your life-giving hormone. I know it's very hard, when you

are already laden with extreme tiredness and probably even some memory loss

from thyroid disease itself, but just think how much better you're going to

feel on account of it. You will slide into a routine with it, where it

comes natural as breathing to take the hormone as many times a day as you

need it.
