For you happy story - no LOC. For rest of us - happy story - LOC. No

difference. For you dinner with - happy story. For me dinner

with Pongo - happy story.

Any story we attach to and we are all attaching to them keeps us from

realizing that which we seek - I suspect. I laugh at myself and us

all as we try to attach to the " right " story!!!

By golly if it's the RIGHT story - then I'll be self realized!

Jan,

Thanks for the chuckles. For me there are no " right stories " but

simply " stories " . Some of them appear to bring what seems to be

happiness in this illusion; but in this illusion, I don't seem to

know the difference between pleasure and pain. I have only known

true happiness in the moment without a story. And I am amazed how

quickly another story can pull me back from that peaceful stillness.

So I just investigate again. :)

Hey Steve,

May I ask exactly what you mean when you say " without a story " ?

Isn't that " peaceful stillness " just a very subtle thought?

When speaks about being without a story, I have a story that

she means without a stressful story. I take literally when she

says " no story, no world " .

I would be interested in any thoughts you or others may have on this.

Loving what is, Steve, and that would be you.

Yes, this sounds like the " right " story for me too!

Hi Steve,

Thanks for your reply. " I don't know " is a sweet place to be, I am no

longer listening to the " I know " part of mind and have created a

space where the softer polarity of mind (the heart) can be heard.

And from the " heart mind " as I mentioned to Eva, the most remarkable

clarity can arise.

Loving what is, Steve, and that would be you.
