<, is it more a matter of scheduling workouts, or scheduling your

six meals?

Hmmm Andy,

Both.. Right this morning I was so tired. Really awesome cardio

yesterday. (I am more tired in the am) And I am not a night person. I am

just going to have to push my self to get up and then go to bed earlier. I

set my alarm clock 6:00 and turned it off. Ugh.. Good intentions pave the

way to laziness..

But at any rate I don't think I am eating enough. Every one says how they

loose weight, well I am not. AT 5'7 " , 146 lbs, I eat like this.

am shake with udo's

mid morning cottage cheese fruit

lunch salad with chicken

afternoon mrb

dinner chicken potato

late night shake.

Each shake is 200 calories, and the mrb about the same and I know that my

cottage cheese is low in calories b/c it is fat free. (Unlike others I

prefer it)And then some times I miss some meals. So I don't really know how

to beef it up a bit. But you know at least I am not cheating by eating

something from the bakery. That took a whole challenge to get over. So I am

pretty proud of that accomplishment.... Any ideas?

I guess wake my sorry ass butt out of bed and go to the gym... Oh deep

sigh.. Tomorrow I am gonna do it. REALLY...
