Guest guest
Hi, I am new here. I found my second bullworker (first one was a junior one) at a church sale for $1. What a bargain for building strength (this bullworker I purchased is a brown handled one). I used to be a competetive amateur athlete doing complex training programs. Now I am a middle aged regular guy wanting a simplified routine. So Bodyweight stuff, Bullworker, and activities like biking, hiking, jogging, jumprope, skating, skiing etc...help keep me fit. Now I am a recreational athlete and do it for fun. I like the feeling of power I get from bullworker, It is really training muscles and tendons in a way that only spring time resistance/isometric can. The most important part is its simple, portable, durable and takes no room. Looking forward to reading all the good posts about ways to train with bullworker. Cheers, LW
