Here is another newer list, I actually found my fm doctor here, even though they

have him listed in Mechanicburg (should be Mechanicsburg!):

Dr. McMillan in Mechanicsburg PA (near burg) is the FM doctor that I

see.  He is also familiar with CFS/ME and is the best that I can find for that

in tis area.
