I haven't found any information that tells me raw eggs are safe to

eat. The information I have found says that the risk of salmonella

is small, but you should NOT be eating raw eggs. For more

information see:

http://www.cdc.gov/ncidod/publications/brochures/salmon.htm

Now if anyone can find any information that says they are safe to

eat, please post the link.

Thanks,

Andyman

Incidences of foodborne illness due to salmonella have been linked to

the consumption of undercooked eggs and foods containing undercooked

eggs.
