Just one class so far as it is demanding for me but the teacher has made suggestions so I can try the moves using less strength & I sit out most of the class then participate when I can. That should improve with time –I hope J Hi Gail,Liz,Deb & everyone. Tai Chi Hope both of you are doing fine and not working to hard. enjoyed your post about Yoga. <The ultimate goal, says Standish, is to keep the liver healthy until better pharmaceutical treatments are found to knock out the hepatitis C virus. In the meantime> Excellent quote and advise. I can't remember who was interested in Tai Chi ??? Low impact Tai Chi is one of the many things on my to do list that I never got around to do. I hear the benefits and results are amazing especially lowing stress and boosting the immune system. If anyone is also interested just look up Tai Chi online and if going to classes isn't your thing their are cheap videos and full instructions available on line. It even comes in low impact and special instructions for people with limited mobility. I know I should follow my own advise !!!!!!!! Take Care and God Bless.
