-I don't know that I'll be actually eating it out of the container plain

just yet-

I don't care for yogurt plain either. So what I do is add a little organic

vanilla extract and some liquid stevia to it and it tastes like vanilla

yogurt but it doesn't have all the sugar.

Welcome Virginny! I totally agree with you on many points. This is

so much fun. I love it, too! Where are you from? I think this

group is neat because we are from all over the place.

Hmmmm. I'd thought about adding some fresh fruit or something to it, but

then remembered I'm not supposed to be doing fruit - LOL. Not even

diluted juice *sigh*. But I think you just solved my ice cream problem

- I wanted to make some, but wasn't sure how it would work without sugar.

Since the one amount of sugar I actually still have is in my one cup of

coffee in the morning, I'd planned to get rid of that by just getting a

stevia plant or two in spring. Don't see why that wouldn't work for ice

cream too. (Yep, I'm a little slow at making connections sometimes hehe).

you can make a less sour yogurt if you adjust down the strep. therm.'

I don't know about Sunnie, but one of the reasons I liked this particular

one so much was because it was thicker and sour in a GOOD way, to my tastes

- very much closer to sour cream, which I absolutely love.

Duh. Virginny. Yeah. Who's slow? Sorry I missed that. When I get

to sit and finally read all these posts, I'm usually in a hurry. I

guess I'd better slow down and engage my brain! Maybe I need to

drink more milk! :-D

I make ice cream quite a bit. My favorite was the pecan vanilla.

YUM!
