Guest guest
, Resting and pacing myself is party of my daily life in addition to the supplements I take. I was wondering if anyone has a less known approach to brainfog. Do you? Thanks, Zoe > > I am suffering with brainfog right now...wondering if anyone takes > > something to help it pass quicker. > > I already take co-q10, magnesium, vit d, vit c, acidophulous, > > calcium, and I give myself vit b injections. > > Thanks for listening. Guest guest
Yes resting and pacing activities helps me but like you and most of our group members this is an every day standard. When the brain fog flare up is severe, I take Motrin & gingko biloba. > > > I am suffering with brainfog right now...wondering if anyone takes > > > something to help it pass quicker. > > > I already take co-q10, magnesium, vit d, vit c, acidophulous, > > > calcium, and I give myself vit b injections. > > > Thanks for listening. Guest guest
A lot of people I know who are new to CFS or ME or FM actually dont know about this and dont do it! I know cause I used to be one of them, my drs never taught me this. If people are new to these conditions sometimes starting at the most basic ideas help a lot. ----- Original Message ----- From: ursula_oleary Yes resting and pacing activities helps me but like you and most of our group members this is an every day standard. Guest guest
no I dont sorry I have only recently in the last 2 years learnt all about this method and in comparison to not doing it I am a lot better off. reducing my activity levels and then pacing and resting in between has helped me HEAPS. I dont know what else you can do. Mostly this is enough if its not well I just rest until it passes Sorry I cant be of more help. ----- Original Message ----- From: zoe_damico , Resting and pacing myself is party of my daily life in addition to the supplements I take. Guest guest
it seems some of you are taking a lot of vitamins and increased amounts of fluids--that makes me nervous--make sure your Md approve all--depending on your age and physical health some do more damage than good......Lynn > > > > I am suffering with brainfog right now...wondering if anyone takes > > > > something to help it pass quicker. > > > > I already take co-q10, magnesium, vit d, vit c, acidophulous, > > > > calcium, and I give myself vit b injections. > > > > Thanks for listening.
