Dual Dx...Bipolar & Aspergers

I was wondering how the kids on the list that are on the autism spectrum and

also bipolar got their plural dx.

My son has been dx as both. Believe me, they are similar in many ways. There was an article I had that discussed the similarities of the two. I will look for it and post it on here. It was so informative that I made copies and distributed it to my son's school. You may also want to look into the non-verbal learning disability. It has a lot of similarities to Aspergers. We had to rule that out because my son is left handed and it does not effect the left side of the brain, only the right side. But....some of the things to help with social skills come in handy.
