Dr. Fishman is Chief of the Divison of Pain Medicine and Associate

Professor of Anesthesiology at Univ Cal-. I order books from www.half.com

or www.ebay.com because they are much cheaper. Also, and Noble/Amazon

have used books. You might be able to check out a copy from your local library.

The publication date is 2000. He sounds like a great pain management
