ACCESS TO CARE

IMDSA is proud to announce our partnership with Ms. Pearl

Founder/President of the Foundation for Children with Atypical HUS,

Director of Patient Advocacy and Government Relations, and land

Renal Advocate. Through extensive research, Ms. has produced

an e-book to represent each state of the United States of America in

which state agencies, organizations, resources and laws can be

accessed through web links, as well as, addresses and phone numbers.

We are excited to make these e-books available to you through our

website! We feel that this information will be the most valuable

resource you could ever possess for yourself, your family member or

your patient with MDS. Currently, the books available for purchase

by state are AZ, CA, DC, FL, IL, IN, MA, MD, MI, MO, MS, NJ, NY, PA,

TX, VA. If your state is not listed, please be sure to check back

often as Ms. is in the process of completing each state.

Please fill out our online order form and for quick access to your e-

book, you can pay by credit card through our Donate Now button. If

you choose to purchase your e-book by check or money order, please

mail to IMDSA's mailing address on the order form and indicate on

your check or money order what you are ordering. To view the table

of contents of your state's e-book, just click on your state. For

testimonials of the e-book, please go to our guest book. We would

love to hear from you!

You can read the table of contents and purchase these books through

our website at http://www.imdsa.com
