I am going to reply to my own post! It has been brought to my attention that this website is a fake. It is NOT Steve Poizner's website.

While Dina Padilla's letters are legitimate and as I understand it, she has received certified letters of response from CA Insurance Comm Poizner and San Diego District Attorney Dumanis, acknowledging the charge of systemic insurer fraud - This website linked below is NOT legit.

Two steps forward, one step back. I didn't even know you could do this kind of stuff of the net. Doesn't seem right to me. But I guess you can.

So..the info on the cite is legit. The cite itself is not.
