Hi Folks-

I am looking for inspiration

I have dusted off my crockpot and gave that a whirl last week turning

a Lighthouse chuck roast into some fabulous BBQ.

And I have enjoyed T ' yummy carrot-cilantro-lime salad.

I am trying my hand at sprouting seeds and legumes, looking for yummy

recipes for my sprouts.

Also any yummy main dishes using beans would be great.
