Dennis,

Blair posted a few links in her email of Friday, msg #1391. In the first or second one, there is mention of how the pus count in milk is rising. Eew. The PETA website has a page called "Got....pus?" The style of those folks are too "in the face" for me, but they are not making the pus up. Hope this helps!

Re: Does anyone know...

--- Ben where did you hear of this? A reference? I have worked in dairy and food qc labs fornearly 25 years and have not heard of this. Sounds like scare tactics to me. |DennisIn RawDairy , "wannabe_guru" <wannabe_guru@y...> wrote:> Does anyone know about pus cells in milk? Dennis,

All of those articles regarding scary milk had to do with

PASTEURIZED milk only.

There is another website that blasts both pasteurized and REAL

milk; - www.notmilk.com - (which promises to correct false

information on that page if given the proof...Sounds like you might

be of help in that regard...)

In fact, he cites some of the same studies as the REAL milk

proponents, but fails to distinguish between pasteurized and

unpasteurized milk, when it suits his purpose....very confused.
