Hey Sara,

Just FYI, make sure your spices that these people sell are not

irradiated. I would think " organic " on the label would cover that, but

not altogether sure about that. But spices, I read recently, are one of

THE most irradiated foods. You might want to ask the vendor.

Good point. I was just thinking that although I love Penzey's spices, I am not

sure how they are produced and handled. (One of those things that I haven't

gotten around to looking into yet.) I think even organic on the label would not

guarantee that they are not irradiated-biodynamic would mean more.
