Give it up, Bert. When I wrote you at your Paypal-given email address

( " emelem8@... " ) on April 7th to ask " why the delay? " , I got the

official response-through-ebay email. But someone else on this list had

seen that I had ordered the CD, and emailed me off-list, wanting to know

what I thought of it. See, he had experienced a delay as well and had

enquired about it, and apparently slipping up, the seller replied to him as

" BERT HERNADEZ " (berthern22056@...), telling him the CD would be

arriving soon. My source copied to me your entire email to him. Not only

did it carry your name and email, it was your writing style as well.

Additionally, as a former buyer of the CD, I got an email notice from eBay

this morning that the " BULLWORKER X5 EXERCISE MANUAL WALL CHART & FAT LOSS

has been removed by eBay for violating of one or more of our policies. "

Some *real* copyright holders must have made a little noise to eBay...

The point is that all of this was tacky, stupid, dishonest, and totally

unecessary. If you had just said on the list, " Bert here. If anybody's

interested, I'm selling the BW-EXTREME, and separately the CD of some

value-added material (brief description). For details, go to

www.whatever.com. " , there would be none of this discussion, you'd probably

still be in business, and you would have the respect (and admiration for

your entrepreneurial gusto!) of the posters on this board.

As to the CD itself, I could have cared less about the motivational and

fat-loss stuff you packaged. The PDF of the " BW-EXTREME " program was what I

was interested in. So what does it consist of? Some more motivational

stuff as the intro, the original BW manual available on this group site,

other BW material from various sources, and some wall chart-type stuff. The

only thing I see that appears to be " original " (and I'm not so sure now) are

found on pages 26-28 of your PDF: the Phase 1, 2, and 3 parts of your

program. 3 pages -- out of 173!

I don't object to your selling a CD of value-added material (though I should

note the copyright holders might indeed object...). In fact, I kind of

enjoyed having all that BW material in one PDF. What I *do* object to is:

1) your " copyrighting " others' stuff as your own material, and more

importantly,

2) your beating your chest, and pretending like it was somebody else's

chest.

Please do try and get a bit of honor and pride, or failing that, consider

trying the used car market.
