Diane, My edition of Nourishing Traditions says 110 degrees--it's also

the second edition. Bad printing?! I've never had any trouble with

Ms. Fallon's yogurt recipe, although it is runnier than the commercial

stuff. My kids like it better, actually.

Diane,

There are 2 ways of making yogurt - with heating it

180F/pasteurizing the milk or with raw milk. 110 F just warms the

milk. Sally listed both methods. I don't have the book but have seen

it. I think the book I saw had both methods listed.
