Guest guest
There is no rule that says that can't combine Bullworker training with some exercises from another course whether it be Atlas or whoever. > > If you read the title and though that this post is actually a versus > of which method is better or what types of results either method is > capablable of, comparatively, then I am sorry to disappoint you. > > This post is my personal experience and boils down to usability. Guest guest
Thanks for your informative post! Re the Isokinator/Exxerwatch: I own a full size BW, Steel Bow, Fitness Bar and Exerwatch and imo the Exxerwatch is THE piece of equipment for iso-motion/iso-kinetic type exercises due to it's extremely small size. It offers a better range of motion than the Steel Bow and also offers more iso-motion/iso-kinetic type exercises - again due to its small size. Portability is also excellent. That said, the Steel Bow in itself is a great piece of equipment and worth every cent! Kind regards...Mike > > If you read the title and though that this post is actually a versus > of which method is better or what types of results either method is > capablable of, comparatively, then I am sorry to disappoint you. > > This post is my personal experience and boils down to usability.
