Affirmation 3/1/10

Today, I think and do positively; no matter how negative I might feel.Feelings are just that. They are feelings. They will pass. I remember the times when I didn’t think I would ever feel good again, but son-of-a-gun, I finally had a few moments, hours, and sometimes days, when I felt pretty good. I took action towards feeling better, even though I didn’t believe it would work. I fed positive verbiage to my mind, and eventually I started feeling better. The messages we give to ourselves are the most important and the most powerful statements that we hear. Always work towards your highest good. Believe in yourself. It’s the gift that keeps on giving.“He, who wants to expand the field of happiness, let him lay the foundation of it on the bottom of his heart.â€
