I remember the times when I didn’t think I would ever feel good again, but son-of-a-gun, I finally had a few moments, hours, and sometimes days, when I felt pretty good. I took action towards feeling better, even though I didn’t believe it would work. I fed positive verbiage to my mind, and eventually I started feeling better. The messages we give to ourselves are the most important and the most powerful statements that we hear. Always work towards your highest good. Believe in yourself.
