I know people talk about eating " small whole wheat tortillas " , but are these just the type you can find in the grocery store or do you have to get them at a special store? The ones at my grocery are fairly large, 160 calories, 5 g of fat (1.5 sat f), 360mg of sodium, 24 carbs, 2 fiber, and 4 protein. Is this the right kind? Any suggestions would be wonderful! THanks!
