Susi, I will miss you! I'm glad the politics settled down so that you

can go to St. . Have a blast! You are making progress even

though it doesn't feel like it right now.

Have a great trip Susi! I wish I had some magic words to make the

exercise/eating thing easier, but you know that I struggle with the same

issues. We have each other and the other people on this list. We'll

accomplish our goals, we just have to have faith :)

I drove home in tears because I am not happy with myself the way that I am, and one would think that if I'm not happy, I would do something to change it. So why can't I? Why am I not doing it? It really tears my heart in two, and I wish I could find a way to make this all work for myself and be a healthier person who felt better about herself.

You can do this and you will! Remember, it's not easy and there are going to be trials and tribulations along the way. You will have some down times and you will even fall off track. But, the important thing is that you don't give up! You keep trudging along with the belief that you will one day reach your goals. You are an incredible, beautiful person. I know you don't see it, but I do (and so do a lot of other people on this list).

I hope you have a wonderful vacation in St. . I will be thinking of you lounging in the tropical sun, wishing I was there with you! We will miss you! Enjoy your trip! And give yourself a huge, big hug from me :)
