Guest guest
I will start out with stating that I do not have an new " bully " model but do have both the X5 and the older BW. I like them both and see some advantages for having both. I main advantage of the X5 (IMHO) IS the 4 strap feature. Simply put, it allows more ANGLES to be used, which for isos is a nice feature to have. The older BW is a bit less useful in this regard. Regarding the stronger spring, that is a preference issue. Once you compress the X5 all the way and simply contract near 100%, frankly, you are still getting the benefit of the contraction. I don' really see a major advantage to the stronger spring unless one simply like the challenge. Simply put, I think the guy selling the new Bully is overstating the case for it. However, I might buy one anyway to see what it is all about. If I don't like it, I can return it I assume.
Guest guest
I agree with you 4 strap feature is a big asset when trying isometric hold at various angles. If someone looking for stronger spring bullworker gold is the better choice. Altogether I can only see only two negative points with bullworker gold. 1. Bullworker usa advises not to compress further once full compressionIs reached, which may result in breakage of the device (message 1384).2. The break strength of nylon traction rope is unknown. This makes me worry when I am trying dead lift isometric hold with bullworker. Bullworker usa can clarify us with the second point. rrbelloff wrote: I will start out with stating that I do not have an new "bully" model but do have both the X5 and the older BW.I like them both and see some advantages for having both.I main advantage of the X5 (IMHO) IS the 4 strap feature.
