Aajonus, Ray, and I agree that you should, you should check out his new recipe

book too (The Recipe for Living Without

Disease). It is more succinct and practical and should be very

useful for you as a guide to incorporating all kinds of raw foods into your

dietary program. I don’t agree with everything in it, but in general Aajonus

advocates a program that I believe is very helpful for most people with the

kind of problems you described.
