Maintaining the bullworker

On moving house recently I have just rediscovered and exhumed my old

bullworker X5 from the cupboard. I forgot how much fun it was and am

getting back into using it again.

As it has lain unused for a long time, its not in the best state of

repair, and I have noticed that one side is a lot stiffer than the

other and a bit creaky.

Has anyone any tips on the best way to lubricate, clean and generally

look after your bullworker
