Guest guest
Aubergine, you hit it on the nail! I live in Santa Barbara, CA. where my three bedroom condo is now going for $410,000- and up! I paid way less in '98. So I hear you!! It doesn't surpise me that Bakersfield, massages are way less! Here, everyone is a masseuse! I will investigate the massage school idea. This is good...and I hadn't thought of it. Well, I am excited to try and do massage, on a regular basis. I just had my boyfriend do my neck and shoulders..and to motivate him I gave him $5 for coffee at Starbucks..yeah, I know I am kind of desperate..but I like the comfort on his familarity. He was happy and so was I. He is off to read his paper and enjoy a coffee, on me. ~dagmar ..... If there is a school in your area like The > Massage Institute here, you can get a good > massage from an advanced student for about half > the going rate. Makes friends with the staff, > and you can become a demonstration subject. The > students need to learn to work with a wide > variety of physical problems & personalities. > This will only work for you if you can handle > being massaged in the presence of witnesses, > obviously. >...I hope that this helps you. > Aubergine
