Guest guest
Welcome to the group, Jaymee! I like Advanced Live #4, the Advanced Live from the new 4-pack (known here as the " Advanced " because our friend is in it), and Advanced Live #6. Then, there are also the Pay-TV workouts...many of which are quite good. I would recommend AL#4 to start out with. It's tough, yet fun, and doesn't do tons of reps of each exercise...he moves from one to the next quickly. ;-) F > Hello to everyone my name is Jaymee. Barb already gave you some good advice about trying TBTV. Since you already have Direct TV, I would definitely get the TBTV for the variety, instruction and to save money. Have you tried the studio advanced yet? It's a good tape and teaches you the form. A lot of us advanced to that tape after the studio basic. The live 4-pack that you ordered should be good, too. Enjoy the new tapes. If the live advanced seems too difficult, consider just adding the floor work from it (about the 18 minute mark?) to the studio basic or the new live basic when you get it. It's a shame that you can't get raw milk in Indiana. There are some things you can get by mail order, however, that might be good things to add to your diet. You can get raw grassfed butter oil from Radiant Life and Wilderness Family Naturals (these are supplements to be eaten uncooked- they will have lots of the good nutritional stuff that has been destroyed by pasteurization in the milk you're drinking). You can also order an excellent goat's milk raw yoghurt called Probiogurt from WhiteEgretFarms.com. You can also order fresh, raw goat and cow's milk (for your pets :-)) from PeacefulPastures.com. It's less convenient and more expensive to have to mail order things, but if it's raw dairy products you want, where there's a will, there's a way! P.S. Have you looked into the cowshare program? Do they not allow that in Indiana, either?
Guest guest
Actually, by executive order, it is illegal to ship raw milk across state lines. But I am sure you could find some raw milk in Indiana. There is are a few WAPF chapters there and they can refer you to someone I am sure. They are: Indianapolis: Sara Slipher and Deb Apple , sslipher@... McCordsville: Deb Apple , debbie@... , website: www.applefamilyfarm.com North Manchester: nne Kelsey , paperfairy@... Oldenburg: Dylan and Walmsley Good luck Phil, Dady Phil Hubbs wrote: Hi my name is Phil Hubbs.
