Mike, it is all the gadgets that make cross-training fun. I have always had the philosophy that the BW was my core exerciser that made it easier for me to cross train, including physical activities. Whenever I started using my Bullworker... good things started happening in my activity level. Many times after years of neglect, I would pull it out of the closet and reinvent myself again. While there is a discipline that can be followed, my core belief for the last 30 years is if you are compressing it in any manner... it is working. My Bullworker has always been my "Popeye Spinach" in that it was always able to jump start my fitness routine. That is why I tell every owner I can... keep it. They are virtually indestructible, take up no space and will reward you any way you use it, if one will just use it. Bullworker USA Mike
