Just wanted to share my 5 week results with those who are around the

same place....

Lean body weight +3.4#

Fat loss -6.4#

Scale weight -3.0#

BF % -3%

Bust -2 "

Waist -1 "

Hips -2 "

Thighs +1 " (grrrr...)

I use the US Navy Bf calculator online, and realized today that the

last time I did the calculation (2 weeks ago) I made a mistake!

These results are more consistent with reality I think.

Anyway, is this good, typical progress for 5 weeks?

Great results Hope I can say the same soon. Slow but sure are the

best kind because they last longer. Think of it that.

Great results Cyndi! Keep it up and those inches will melt away. In

my first challenge, I saw the greatest changes between weeks 8-12, so

keep working hard! You can do it.

Cyndi,

Would you mind posting a link to this? I'd be interested in checking

it out.

Thanks.
