Not sure your accurate on WD40 not being a lubricant and nothing stops rust forming, products only prevent the formation of rust. However what ever you find best. I spray WD40 down the mettle tube of the bullworker.

Did weights last night but short on time tonight so will get out the bullworker. Have a great routine built up from X5 manual 1980 - bullworker 2 original exercises on the parchment & the bullworker manual found on the club internet site.

I noticed in ARGOS they sell a bullworker type exerciser looks like a bullworker 4 - anyone got one is it the same? does the supplier have the license to produce a type of exerciser like a bullworker 4 costs £40.00

WD40 will break down plastic. Carbon and carbon unite as one, always. Need light silicone to treat the Bullworker. It will also leave a residue on the metal that will influence resistance.georgebrannsnr@... wrote: Not sure your accurate on WD40 not being a lubricant and nothing stops rust forming, products only prevent the formation of rust.
