need info on exhibitors and sponsers for conference

Hi everyone,

Now with the holidays just about past us, we are working on the conference

finalizations. I am looking into exhibitors to set up tables at our conference

that you would be interested in buying their products. I have a good list going,

but I would be very interested in hearing your opinions on who you would like to

see at the conference. So, please share those ideas with me!

Also, we are looking into sponsors to donate money for various areas of the

conference. The more donations we receive, the less the cost will be for our

attendees! If you know of any organizations, corporations, or individuals who

may be interested in sponsoring an area of the conference, please let us know,

and we will contact them with our information.
