Hi Tina, What's Vitaglo's delivery like? Waited 3 weeks for MegaNutritionstore.com to send my Udo's and don't want to wait so long again. Also, do you have to cook Tortillas and if so, how do you cook them? It's great having your special touch of sanity back on this list! .

Sane? Me? My dear, you must be thinking of someone else. LOL

My last Vitaglo order was placed on Sunday the 22nd. Got email confirmation that

the order had shipped on the 25th and it was delivered on the 27th. Not bad for

free delivery, eh?

Tortillas don't have to be cooked, just throw them in the micro for 20 seconds

to heat them up a bit. Or I spread fat-free canned refried beans on one, spread

some roasted garlic salsa on top, sprinkle some low fat cheese on top of that

and toss it in the oven for about 20 minutes til its nice and bubbly. Or pile a

few slices of lunch meat on them, some lettuce, low-fat mayo or mustard, roll it

up and you got a great sammich.
