Real evidence?

My Dad had a Bullworker 40 years ago and after a few months had to buy

new shirts and jackets. I was into weights at the time but he became

much stronger than me and he was nearly 30 years older!

But, he was also into chest expanders and bodyweight exercises and I've

often wondered how much of his strength and size gains were solely due

to the Bullworker.

Now I'm thinking of buying one myself but, before laying out cash, want

to know if anyone has any real evidence of the effectiveness of the

Bullworker when used entirely on its own?

And I don't just mean anecdotal evidence. Has anyone done

wightlifting 'before and after' tests or taken before and after

measurements?
