Milk and eggs have been considered the " most complete "

type of foods, based mainly on the fact that they provide

all the so-called essential amino acids. That is, those

amino acids that cannot be synthesized by the body. This

should be expected because a lot of newborn mammals

live only on milk in at least the first few weeks of life,

and a developing bird only has the nutrients in the egg

to consume.

Unfortunately, many people tend to downplay their benefits

and emphasize the problems (lactose intolerance, high fat,

effects of processing, etc.). But eggs, milk and milk

products can really be excellent, as well as cheap, source

of nutrients, for those who can take them.
